Whether it is address any questions, help debug any issues or optimize configurations for your specific workloads, our support plans help support your team.

All prices exclude taxes that may be applicable depending on your region.

Basic Support

• Developer support via Email
• Prioritized bug fixes

Our Basic Support plan starts at $1000 per year and includes 5 hours of support.

Extended Support

• Developer support via Email & Slack (Your Org)
• Prioritized bug fixes
• Prioritized feature requests

Our Extended Support plan starts at $2500 per year and includes 10 hours of support.

Custom Support

If your business needs a greater level of support than our basic or extended plans, we can design a custom support plan to suit. Here are some examples that a custom support plan could also include:

• Supporting specific Target Frameworks
• Live debugging sessions
• Private extensions to existing projects
